Great game. Pity our youngsters do not care about it (Holland used to be good at this, now it's street/cage/freestyle footy for the skilled players who do not want to play regular footy).
Futsal matured a lot over the last decades. Unfortunately that also lead to less goals and more boring/tactical matches (among the top teams).
Barcelona's 11 v 11 game has a lot of futsal aspects.

I used to represent my nation at a youth team level. By the time you get to 17/18, the fun of the game is completely taken away from you.
When you are younger, it is all about beating your man to get yourself out of tight positions and create a numerical advantage in attack. As the game has developed though, coaches started implementing tactics and approaches that now make it no more interesting then what an outdoor game is.
I was taught a rotation policy in attack where three players pass the ball between them on the half way line and rotate positions until a gap opens up in attack. You could have the ball for over a minute, passing it side to side before someone even ventured into the oppositions half.
